History

 

Founded in 1974, the Evaluation & Training Institute (ETI) is a non-profit research consulting firm, headquartered in Los Angeles, dedicated to working with federal and state agencies, schools, post secondary institutions, public agencies, private foundations, community-based organizations and professional organizations. We specialize in third-party program evaluations covering many fields, including education, literacy, STEM, SEL, mental health, health and prevention. Many of our evaluations have been instrumental in the development of public policy as well as state and federal legislation. Throughout, our focus is on helping clients improve their programs as well as maintain accountability to funders and oversight committees.
